The Department of Transportation’s Final Rule regarding the use of the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) has been published in the Federal Register. Random Selection Program

Description

To meet the needs of a quality random selection program, we utilize a computer based, scientifically valid method of selection in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Eligible participants are entered into the computer program, which then generates the random selections. Quarterly or monthly selections are distributed randomly throughout the required time frame so as not to establish a pattern for the frequency or timing of the testing.
