Attention Clients: Important reminder regarding final implementation of the 2010 Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form
As you know, the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) was revised in accordance with the changes to the DHHS and DOT Workplace Drug Testing Guidelines. The new form was approved for use beginning October 1, 2010. To facilitate a smooth transition, the rule permitted use of either the 2000 or the 2010 Federal CCF between October 1, 2010 and September 30, 2011.

The Department of Transportation’s Final Rule regarding the use of the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) has been published in the Federal Register. Importantly, the Final Rule extends the deadline for use of the old CCF until November 30, 2011, and finalizes procedures for use of the new CCF. View the Federal Register document
